Founded in 1970 by Late Riyaz Ahmed Idris Khan, initially as a small family business. Sana Process has its both Administrative office and Production units
located in Malwani Malad west, Mumbai, India. This unit provides customers with in-house clothes processing services .
As a member of a broader society, our company believes in sustainable development. We offer all our clients certified organic fabrics and Eco certified clothing services.
We are certified by the Global Organic Textiles Standard and can offer organically grown cotton making your brand a positive member of our global community.

We strive to give our clients a thorough level of customer service. Each client will get its own team working for them consisting of merchandisers, fabric and accessory technicians as well as purchasing personnel.

All the fabrics are added with value at Sana Process’ Malad west branch where the company’s office and factory are also located. Customers can walk-in to our office and select from a wide range of processing services like Curing, Felt, Stentering, Centre, Foil, Fusing, Decca and finished fabrics.
The company’s area of production is mostly saree, curtains etc.
Most commonly used fabrics are Cotton, Rayon, Polyester, Linen, Indigo and various blends of natural and synthetic fibers.
